Stone Creek Wines was started by Simon
Levi, who established a general store in Temecula, California, in
1873. Five generations followed in Mr. Levi's footsteps.
The Weibel Family purchased Stone Creek
Wines in 2004, ensuring the legacy of Simon Levi and keeping Stone
Creek Wines a family owned company.
Dedicated to making wines that people
enjoy, Stone Creek specializes in everyday wines that offer award-winning
quality. Our goal is to create wines that are inexpensive and accessible,
yet complex enough to satisfy even the most discerning of palates.
Stone Creek prides itself on making wines with consistent quality
and character. Each wine is hand-crafted from selected grapes grown
in California's renowned vineyards.

| Knightsdale Pinot Noir |
Knightsdale embodies the Knights’ of
the Round Table Code of Chivalry by honoring the Purity and Beauty
of Pinot Noir, the most noble of Vitis Vinifera. The Quest for Knightsdale
is to seek out the finest growing regions, create a range of appellation
designated wines, and showcase the Elegance, Diversity, and Breed
that is Pinot Noir.
In this Quest, Knightsdale starts with
its Estate Vineyard in Mendocino County, the H&W Vineyard. Within
our Estate H&W Vineyard Pinot Noir flourishes to its utmost Elegance
due to the cool growing climate of Mendocino County. The cooler
temperatures, as compared to our neighbors Napa Valley or Sonoma
County, accentuate the subtle nuances in the flavors and aroma while
the grapes ripen. This type of growing climate is ideal for Pinot
Noir.

| Truscott Wines |
Truscott Wines are dedicated to the
Legend of Samuel Z. Truscott. The legend captures the history
of California’s wine industry, and the spirit of those who founded
and made the Golden State.
In the summer of 1849, Truscott crossed
the California Sierras looking for gold. After several successful
years as a partner in a profitable claim, Truscott moved to San
Francisco and owned a business that delivered Californian wines
to restaurants and residents. Enchanted with the local wines, he
headed north and learned winemaking from the Italian and Swiss immigrants
while working in wineries in Sonoma County. In his later years,
he resettled in Mendocino County and bought land, there planting
and tending a vineyard that grew red wine grapes, which he sold
to small wineries. It is to Sam Truscott’s storied spirit that the
Weibel Family dedicates their Mendocino County Zinfandel, honoring
the founders of Californian wine.
